Meet Elle Noble — personal stylist, creative director, and the person who'll finally make your wardrobe make sense.
My career in fashion started with an internship in the PR department at Alexander McQueen — and I've never really looked back. From there I built a career across some of fashion's most demanding environments — styling shoots for Grazia, FT Style, The Guardian, Q Magazine and NME, and assisting celebrity stylist Sophie Lopez across high-profile editorial and red carpet projects.
That work led me into the world of media, where I progressed through partnerships and advertising, eventually reaching the Managing Director level. It gave me a unique perspective — a deep understanding of how image functions commercially, how personal brand translates into professional credibility, and why the way you present yourself is never just about clothes.
Alongside all of it, I became a mother of two. And somewhere in the beautiful chaos of building a career and raising small children, I had my own wardrobe moment — standing in front of a full closet feeling completely lost. Not just in what to wear, but in who I was and how I wanted to show up.
I know that feeling well. The clothes that somehow add up to nothing. The person in the mirror who doesn't quite match the person you know yourself to be. It's why this work means what it does to me — and why I built the Noble Style System™ as a genuine framework for helping people find themselves again through the way they dress.
What I Believe
Style isn't about following trends or dressing to impress. It's about knowing yourself well enough to show up consistently, confidently and authentically — in every room, every meeting, every morning.
It's also one of the most underleveraged professional tools most people have. The right wardrobe doesn't just make you feel better. It affects how you're perceived, how you perform and the opportunities that come your way. That's not vanity. That's strategy.
